• This proposed class action alleges violations under federal and state law for the unlawful and deceptive imposition by Select Portfolio Systems of "EZ Pay" and other "Pay-to-Pay" fees for making their mortgage payments online, by telephone or directly from their bank accounts. Select Portfolio Systems is a mortgage loan servicer and debt collector that serves as a collection agent for lending institutions.
