Tusa P.C. is investigating calls made by Orange & Rockland Utilities, Rockland County Electric and Pike County Light and Power to its current or former utility customers’ cell phones. We are also investigating calls made by debt collectors working for Orange & Rockland Utilities, Rockland County Electric and Pike County Light and Power to customers’ cellular telephones.
