NATIONAL GRID TCPA SETTLEMENT

• This  class action alleges violations of the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TPCA) for making calls to consumers'  cellular telephones without prior consent.   As alleged by the Plaintiff, the calls were made by National Grid and debt collectors hired by National Grid.
