• This proposed class action alleges that reverse mortgage lenders Live Well Financial and Reverse Mortgage Funding and loan servicer Celink routinely breach reverse mortgage agreements and engage in deceptive practices by improperly charging reverse mortgage borrowers Inspection Fees, Appraisal Fees, Property Preservation Fees and Attorney's Fees / Costs.

• The suit names as defendants Live Well Financial, Compu-Link Corporation d/b/a Celink and Reverse Mortgage Funding, LLC.  Plaintiff is represented by Tusa P.C.,  AARP Foundation and Giskan, Solotaroff & Anderson, LLP.
