Allpoint ATM Fees and Surcharges

• This case alleges that Allpoint, a company that operates the Allpoint Network of "Surcharge Free ATM's" for members of participating banks nevertheless charged ATM fees and surcharges.  Plaintiffs allege that Allpoint and its parent Cardtronics charged ATM fees and surcharges for cash dispensed at its ATM's that were advertised as a Surcharge Free ATMs.  The case further claims that  Popular Community Bank a/k/a Banco Popular charged additional fees to its own banking customers for using the Allpoint  Network ATMs that it promised would be free of ATM surcharges.
