Joseph S. Tusa is the principal and sole-shareholder of Tusa P.C.

He received his law degree from University Of South Carolina - School Of Law and his masters of law (LL.M.) in Corporate Law from the New York University - School Of Law. Mr. Tusa specializes in all aspects of the firm’s class action litigation practice. He has also represented pro bono clients in debt collection and social security benefit disputes.

Mr. Tusa is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA), and a member of the New York State Bar Association - Class Action Section - Antitrust Committee.
