• This case alleged that Apple Bank charged overdraft fees without customer approval, when bank statements showed positive balances on days when fees were charged, when deposits did not clear as represented on deposition tickets, when fees were caused by the Apple Bank’s re-ordering of withdrawals from highest-to-lowest amounts or when Apple Bank charged another bank fee that caused a customer’s account to become overdrawn without informing the customer.   This case was filed as  in the New York State Supreme Court for New York County, Commercial Division.
